The total amount must be paid within 45 days prior to arrival at the Facility. Cancellation of the trip entitles you to a refund of the amounts paid less bank charges and the penalties indicated herein, registration fees and expenses to be incurred for cancellation of I.T. services and individual stays: - up to 30 days before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: no penalty; - from the 29th day to the 9th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 50% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 8th day to the 4th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 75% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been duly executed; - from the 3rd day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 100% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been duly executed.
