Cancel / Confirmatory deposit?

The total amount must be paid within 45 days prior to arrival at the Facility. Cancellation of the trip entitles you to a refund of the amounts paid less bank charges and penalties indicated herein, registration fees and expenses to be incurred for cancellation of I.T. services and individual stays: - up to 30 days before the start of tent and/or mobile home use: no penalty; - from the 29th day to the 9th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 50% of the fee that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 8th day to the 4th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 75% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been regularly executed; - from the 3rd day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 100% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been duly executed.

To be notified at time of reservation: crib and/or high chair rental. To be paid locally: crib, high chair Euro 3.00 each per day.

In this facility you will find the dedicated Happy Camp reception! Mandatory security deposit of Euro 100.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival at Happy Camp reception. Smoking is prohibited inside any Happy Camp facility. Cars and mopeds are prohibited in the facility from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. For safety reasons during your stay, it is mandatory to show your camping pass at the campground entrance. No arrivals or departures are allowed during night hours (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.).

Accommodations are air-conditioned?

Yes, Euro 5.00 per day.

Is there an entertainment service or mini club?

Mini-club and rich entertainment program for children and adults from May to September. Playground, beach volleyball, bocce on the beach. For a fee: bike rental, swimming school. Italy Camping Village guests have access to the following facilities at Camping Union Lido: five-a-side football, volleyball, basketball, and for a fee tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, archery, horseback riding, pedal boat rental and sports equipment for windsurfing and diving.

The pool is suitable for children?

Children's pool with slide and an adult pool with whirlpool and 6-meter-high toboggan, both heated in low season, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas (subject to availability), pool openings from May to September. Italy Camping Village guests can enjoy free use of the two water parks at the nearby Camping Union Lido on Mondays and Thursdays.

The use of the swimming pool is included in the price?

Yes.

The beach is equipped or free?

Wide, fine sandy beach. Free with an equipped area (sunbeds and umbrellas for a fee and bookable only on the day of arrival, subject to availability).

How far is the Camping from the beach?

The facility directly overlooks the sea.

How far is the village from the nearest city center?

2.5 km from the center of Cavallino.

Accommodations are equipped with bed linen, bath linen and crockery?

Crockery provided. Linens to be communicated at the time of booking and to be paid locally. (Double Set Euro 20.00 per change: 1 double sheet, 2 towels - Single Set Euro 15.00 per change: 1 single sheet, 1 towel - Towel Set Euro 10.00 per change: 1 shower towel, 1 face).

Accommodations are equipped with TV?

You must leave the mobile homes clean or Euro 30.00 will be withheld from the deposit.
