Pets allowed?

Clients who wish to bring a dog must indicate this at the time of booking. Only 1 pet per unit, small or medium size, is allowed; the breed and weight (max 35 kg) must be included in the reservation notes. The request will be confirmed or denied based on availability. The client will receive a written confirmation for the dog, which must be shown upon arrival. Without this written confirmation, clients bringing dogs cannot be accepted. Payment of the pet fee (€ 5/day + € 20 for sanitation) can be made on site. Dogs must carry a passport and have an electronic microchip in order to be identified. They must travel with a European health booklet or passport where the dates of the last rabies vaccination (according to the regulations in force in the state of destination of the trip) will be reported. Dogs within the campground must be kept on a leash at all times and always in the company of the owner. Owners are obliged to collect the physiological needs of their animals and ensure that they do not disturb other camp guests. It is the duty of owners to ensure maximum compliance with sanitation regulations during the animal's stay inside the mobile home. Animals are not allowed to climb on the beds or sofa, they cannot be washed in the mobile home, but only in the designated spaces indicated by the campground. Cancel / Confirmatory deposit?

The total amount must be paid within 45 days prior to arrival at the Facility. Cancellation of the trip entitles you to a refund of the amounts paid less bank charges and penalties indicated herein, registration fees and expenses to be incurred for cancellation of I.T. services and individual stays: - up to 30 days before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: no penalty; - from the 29th day to the 9th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 50% of the fee that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 8th day to the 4th day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 75% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been regularly executed; - from the 3rd day before the start of the use of the tent and/or mobile home: 100% of the consideration that would have been due if the contract had been duly executed.

Information about Children and extra beds?

To be notified at time of reservation: crib and/or high chair rental. To be paid locally: crib, high chair Euro 3.00 each per day.

To be checked with the campground. There are: two restaurants-pizzerias and a restaurant specializing in typical Tuscan cuisine and grills, Loggia del Gusto with delicatessen, pizza by the slice, Cantinetta Palagina, pizza by the slice, bakery, two bars, ice cream shop, 2 pool bars

In this facility you will find the dedicated reception of Happy Camp! Security deposit Euro 100.00 in cash on arrival. - Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations. - For safety reasons during your stay it is mandatory to wear a bracelet provided by the camp.

The pool is suitable for children?

Yes. There are two complexes with children's and adult pools with lagoons, slides, and "lazy river," equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. In low season one of the pools is covered and heated. Indoor pool open from opening to closing; outdoor pools from mid-May to mid-September.
