Pets allowed?

Guests wishing to bring a dog must indicate this when booking. Only 1 pet per unit, of small or medium size, is allowed; the breed and weight (max. 35 kg) must be entered in the booking notes. The request will be confirmed or refused depending on availability. The customer will receive a written confirmation for the dog, which must be shown on arrival. Without this written confirmation, guests bringing dogs cannot be accepted. The pet fee (€ 5/day + € 20 for sanitation) can be paid on site. All dogs must have a passport and, in order to be identified, must have an electronic microchip. They must travel along with their European health book or passport, and this must state the dates of the latest rabies vaccine (in accordance with the country of destination’s Laws and Rules). Inside the campsites, dogs must be kept on a leash and with their owner at all times. The owner is responsible for cleaning up their dog’s excrement and must make sure that the dog does not disturb other guests. It is the owner’s duty to ensure that the hygiene rules set by the campsite are adhered to at all times during their stay. Inside the mobile home, dogs are not permitted on the beds or the banquettes; they cannot be bathed inside the mobile home, but only in the specific areas indicated by the campsite. Cancel / Confirmatory deposit?

The total amount must be paid within 45 days prior to arrival at the facility. The renunciation of the trip gives the right to the refund of the sums paid net of the bank charges and penalties indicated here, the registration fees and the expenses to be incurred for the cancellation of the I.T. and individual stays: - up to 30 days before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: no penalty; - from the 29th day to the 9th day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 50% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 8th day to the 4th day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 75% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 3rd day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 100% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed.

Is there an entertainment service or mini club?

Animation and sporting activities: Mini club and entertainment for adults and for children available from April to September. Playground, 5-a-side football court. Available for an extra cost: Fun Fair Adventure Park, mini golf, table tennis, tennis courts, bike, scooter and car hire.

The pool is suitable for children?

Two swimming pool complexes with pools for both adults and children, with lagoons, slides and a “lazy river”, equipped with parasols and sunbeds (available at an extra cost). In low season one of the pools is covered and heated. Indoor pools open from 31/03 to 01/05 and from 15/09 to 14.10; outdoor pools open from 01/05 to 15/09.
