The total amount must be paid within 45 days prior to arrival at the facility. The renunciation of the trip gives the right to the refund of the sums paid net of the bank charges and penalties indicated here, the registration fees and the expenses to be incurred for the cancellation of the I.T. and individual stays: - up to 30 days before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: no penalty; - from the 29th day to the 9th day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 50% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 8th day to the 4th day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 75% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed; - from the 3rd day before the start of use of the tent and / or mobile home: 100% of the amount that would have been due if the contract had been properly executed.

Deposit Euro 100.00 in cash on arrival. - Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations. - For safety reasons, it is mandatory to wear a bracelet provided by the campsite during your stay.

Is there an entertainment service or mini club?

Mini club and daytime and evening activities for children, teenagers and adults are available in July and August. There is a playground on site, sports court available for 5-a-side football and volleyball (tournaments available at an extra charge), archery, table tennis and table football.

The pool is suitable for children?

Swimming pool (depth min. 1.10 max. 3.00 meters), equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds (for a fee), mandatory swimming cap, kiosk bar; swimming pool opening from June to mid-September (subject to weather conditions).

The use of the swimming pool is included in the price?

Yes, but umbrellas and sunbeds are upon payment.

The beach is equipped or free?

At 300 meters a wide beach, of fine golden sand, free or equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds (for a fee), reachable by crossing the road; sea with a sloping seabed; beach bar; paid shuttle service.

The campsite is located in San Menaio, Rodi Garganico approx. 4 km, Peschici approx. 13 km.

Crockery provided. Linen to be communicated at the time of booking and to be paid locally. (Double Set Euro 20.00 per change: 1 double sheet, 2 towels - Single Set Euro 15.00 per change: 1 single sheet, 1 towel - Set of Towels Euro 10.00 per change: 1 shower towel, 1 face).

Final cleaning is included in the price?

Mobile homes must be left clean or € 40.00 will be deducted from the deposit for Happy Maxi Tent and Happy Classic, Standard, Standard Extra and Comfort; € 50.00 for Happy Premium, Plus and Premium Suite.
